This Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) is a contract between you (“Customer”) and Essay Enterprises Inc. (“EssayPlus”), and governs your use of EssayPlus. You should read all of these terms carefully. By accessing EssayPlus’ website (essayplus.com), completing a purchase with EssayPlus, or otherwise using EssayPlus’ Services, you agree that these Terms & Conditions form a binding legal contract between you and EssayPlus.
We may change or add additional terms at any time. Examples of such instances include, but are not excluded to: (1) changes in existing EssayPlus Services; (2) addition of new Services to the Site; and/or (3) necessary changes due to security, regulatory or legal reasons. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Site and all users should check the Site periodically in order to keep updated with any changes. The most recent version of policies is that published on the website.
Payments must be received by EssayPlus before an editor starts working on your order and the “urgency” timeframe set by the Customer starts only when a payment is received. In the case that the Customer places an order but has not paid, EssayPlus will contact the Customer via the provided email upon signup and send a reminder for payment in order to start the process by assigning the order to the appropriate editor.
The Customer may choose to cancel the order at any time until the payment has been made. However, once the payment has been made, an editor will then start working on your order and the order may not be cancelled or refunded.
The Customer agrees to be bound by EssayPlus’ refund policies and acknowledges that due to the highly specialised and individual nature of the services, that full refunds will only be given in the circumstances outlined in these terms, or other circumstances that occur, in which event any refund or discount is given at the discretion of EssayPlus.
If the Customer should require their work to be amended and it is in such a way that is inconsistent with the original Order specification, EssayPlus will calculate a fee proportionate to the changes and the appropriate amount will be invoiced to the Customer. The Customer must make this payment before EssayPlus is able to make the requested amendments.
In countries where VAT may apply, the aggregate amount including the VAT will be shown on the quoted price, at the prevailing rate.
In order to request a revision, the Customer must Order a revision request through the “Request Revision” on the the EssayPlus Customer panel page. Depending on the amount of revisions required and time the revision is placed by the Customer in relation to the set due date, EssayPlus will determine whether the revision is feasible within 24 hours and if applicable, a price may be quoted and invoiced to the Customer via the email address provided by the Customer upon signup.
By submitting an order and/or payment to EssayPlus’ products, you acknowledge that:
If EssayPlus suspects that any works produced by EssayPlus are used in violation of the above rules, EssayPlus has the right to refuse to provide any further work for the individual or agency involved, and EssayPlus will bear no liability for any undetected or unauthorised use of EssayPlus’ work.
Unless we are in breach of our obligations under these Terms, all Products are non-refundable and come with no warranties. Once the Customer places an Order, cancellation and refunds are subject to our cancellation and refund policy as set out in our Guarantees section of the Site. If an Order has been completed, the company does not grant refunds under any circumstances, unless specifically stated in these Terms.
If EssayPlus agrees to refund the Customer in full or partial amount, this refund will be made using the credit or debit card, or direct PayPal that the Customer used to make their payment initially. Otherwise, when applicable, EssayPlus may choose to offer a partial or full credit towards a future order. All refunds and/or credits are made at the discretion of EssayPlus.
